Only Footcare approached us with a vision for an online hub where foot health professionals could discover and purchase innovative foot care products for their clinics, as well as access professional training. They wished to offer both online and in person training to clients with an online booking and purchase system for their courses.
When we built the Only Footcare website, we centred it around these two goals. Firstly, to define a smooth customer journey with an easy-to-use shop that showcased each product. And secondly, to create an end-to-end booking facility for students to secure training spots on one of several Only Footcare courses.
Inter Vivos were tasked to create a website principally aimed at footcare professionals. The new site needed to be clear and engaging to showcase product ranges and highlight training courses for Clinicians. Importantly it needed to establish Only Footcare as a leader in innovative footcare products in the UK though the introduction of the professional brands that Only Footcare exclusively supplies to the UK market.
We created the facility to book and pay for training courses, either online or at a given location, with a simple to use booking calendar. Customers could now see clear pricing and availability and book courses easily online which in turn reduced the admin time for Only Footcare staff.
It was important to share the story of the innovative footcare brands that Only Footcare had partnered with. Often they were the exclusive retailers of these product ranges in the UK. By creating engaging brand landing pages with product showcase videos, benefits and related training courses etc, Only Footcare began to rank highly for both these specific brand terms and relevant treatment terms.
It was important to recognise Only Footcare’s students, once they had completed a training course and had become certified in a specific treatment. We introduced a Foot Heath Practitioners directory that lists all previous students. This carried a number of benefits from creating a relevant backlink on our website directly to the practitioner, as well as become a valuable directory for potential customers looking for a local podiatrist.
Since the launch of Only Footcare’s new website in 2020, their brand presence and business have both soared. Search engine visibility grew by 130% in one year. With a clear SEO strategy and by building out page content, Only Footcare sits in the top 10 positions on Google results for 12% of its keywords.
But what do better search visibility and ranking keywords mean for their business? Well, bookings onto Only Footcare’s training programs have doubled year on year, and website revenue has increased by 97%. With Only Footcare having built a reputation as a reliable innovative brand within the Foot Health sector. Only Footcare’s success has allowed them to bring on new brands as exclusive UK stockists. Now, in 2023, the Inter Vivos team have just finished working with Only Footcare to expand their website to now serve both retail and professional customers
